Teri maa ke shoes (street play)

Teri Maa ke Shoes Anant Gaur [The play has three characters which are constant throughout the play. They are the old man, a boy and a helmet man. In the play, one shoe symbolizes Kalyuga or the present generation and two shoes symbolize Satyuga or the older generations.] Scene 1- (A Jungle scene- different animals roaming around) [Stage divided in two parts by a white strip of cloth or chalk powder, with Satyug and Kalyug placards/standees on either side.] Jingle - (Udd udd baithi halwaiya dukaniya)-2 Hey rama Udd udd baithi halwaiya dukaniya arrey Barfi ke sab ras le liyo re pinjade wali muniya  (Chalat musafir moh liyo re pinjade wali muniya)-2 [Random movements of animals in the performing area. The deer moves in, on the  top of the line. A gunshot is heard. All the other animals scatter into the crowd. The deer squirms on the top of the line and dies.] [Narrator enters, stands close to the deer.] Narrator- To ek hiran maara gaya. Ab aap log soch rahe honge kyun?  ...
